When a user connects with a Chartered Accountant (CA), the CA is granted access to the user’s documents for the purpose of providing accounting and related services. This access remains active until the user chooses to disconnect the CA from the platform. Users are responsible for managing their connections and understanding that connecting with a CA provides them with access to uploaded documents. Information may be shared only when required by law or when necessary to provide core platform services.
