Organizations may allow employees or Chartered Accountants to access their account.

03. Document Storage, OCR & Data Processing
Documents & Data Accuracy
Echodit allows users to upload, store, and categorize business documents including invoices,
bills, GST records, financial files, and other related documents.
The platform may use automated technology to extract text from uploaded images or scanned files.
While we aim for high accuracy, extracted information may occasionally contain errors.
Users are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it for accounting,
tax filing, or financial decisions.
GST summaries or document categorizations shown on the platform are provided for informational
purposes only.
Users should verify all financial information independently.
04. Tasks, Communication & CA Collaboration
Collaboration & Workflow
Echodit allows users to create tasks such as document requests, confirmation requests,
and information requests to improve communication between business owners, employees, and
Chartered Accountants.
The platform only provides workflow tools and does not provide financial, legal,
or tax advisory services.
Users are responsible for verifying information shared through tasks,
confirming document accuracy, and ensuring deadlines are met.
05. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability
Platform Availability
Echodit is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to ensure reliable service,
but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance,
technical updates, or factors beyond our control.
Echodit shall not be held liable for financial losses, incorrect GST calculations,
OCR inaccuracies, missed deadlines, or business decisions made based on platform data.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
